Gas gauge not working
Does it ever end. Yesterday, I had a ½ tank of gas. Today the gauge shows full. I know the gas ferry did not fill it up for me at $2.15 a gallon. What could be the problem. Thanks for any help.

Could be dirty or corroded connection on the large 32 pin cluster connection or a bad ground, or the fuel sender unit in the tank part# 25093414 for an 88.

I hear ya. Mine is a bit funny as well, when I first startup it shows the actual level and as you drive it seems to increase. Weird, but I've learned that when I show three bars of fuel I'm very close to empty. :crazy: I figured that it was the sender but I can live with that problem for awhile.
