vacuum lines and studs
I am putting the vette back together and not real sure how the vacuum lines run and exactly where do the stud bolts go. I know two go into water pump for ac brackets. one goes second hole in left side manifold. I think i have one or two more stud bolts. Does the egr vacuum solenoid mount on back side of top coolant t stat neck or back by distributor?

Hi, I'm in the process of doing the same thing. There are three stud bolds that go in the exhaust manufolds. One goes by #1 cylinder, second bold back, the next goes in the front hole, passengerside, #3 cylinder and the third goes by #7 cylinder to mount the dipstick tube, and yes the EGR vacuume solonoid does mount on the back of the thermostat housing. Next time you do one of these jobs, make sure to bag and tag your hardware and put as many nuts and bolts back in there place as possible. :chevy
