Radio Install Questions
Hello All,
The person that had my Corvette before me replaced the Bose unit with an aftermarket Head unit. They hacked up the radio bezel and had cut a piece of ABS to get the unit to fit. It looks terrible. I bought a Metra install kit and a new bezel and have a question: the Metra kit uses an ISO setup and a half DIN deal that has a bracket that connects a little storage area to the receiver. All fine and good, but how does the deck get secured inside the dash? Is there possibly a bracket that was removed when the Bose was taken out? Anyone that has experience with this, pplease sound off. Thanks.

Go into the Audio section, you'll have a better chance of being answered in there.. Or, IM a user named BOGUS, he knows his stuff in this department and is a great help :cheers:
