Ok Guys...I guess..they did finish most of what needed to be done, except the computer edit and one more retune after the computer is reprogrammed....The results before the tuning are not to my expectations...but they are not bad i was told he would be able to get them higher once he has the all tools to edit the computer....He metioned something about timing being 14 degrees or something...and that needs to be adjusted as well....He also recommened i go with 42lbs injectors as well...He's hoping with the edit and new tuning i will be between 375-380 range
The car is going in next week for a final run and then hopefully it will be complete
Well here is the dyno sheet......Any of you got any ideas on the wacky lines? And how to fix them...
He should not using a FMU since he ahas a 42s injector. I see other people telling him don't use 42 and told him to use 30 or 36. Take my word, keep your 42s. With your 42 and a good fuel pump. You hould never have any fuel relate problem with 7-8psi of boost.
His dyno grap dipping all over and it is fuel mapping problem and need to have the shop correct that.
Get the 42's, make sure you have big enough fuel pumps and ditch the fmu. Id rather go over bored with the fuel system the first time around then worry about it later.
Its all in the tune.
Get the 42's. I got 30's which perfectly matches my setup and wish I would have gone higher. But considering you're getting your PCM reprog'd they'll work just fine for you and give you some head room to grow once you decide to fix the belt slip issue and rebuild your motor for more HP.
