With nitrous it depends on what size of shot you are running? For example if you are running a 100 shot you can run it on a stock car! but when you start running 200 shot foggers and such you must have many different things to make sure you do not blow the motor up...

Stock: pressure gauge, fuel cut off switch and Bottle warmer to keep pressure consistant.

More then Stock: Bottle warmer, pressure gauge, Fuel cut off, progressive box or similiar, bigger injectors, custom PC Tune, Nitrous cam...depends what you want.

But i always suggest bigger fuel pump and injectors when running the bottle.

I run a Jacob's Nitrous Mastermind, and it keeps an eye on fuel pressure, and it also shuts off the nitrous before it rev limits. I can also use it to retard timing, start the nitrous at a designated rpm and have progressive control as well. Other than what was stated above, I like wet kits and a good working ignition or some kind of spark amplifier. Don't forget to get that spark gap down to about .035 or so. Good luck and I commend you on doing your homework first.
