Default S/C with vented opti question

For those of you with a supercharger and a vented optispark, where did you run your fresh air hose? Did you extend it and hook it up to the hose on the supercharger inlet, or just put a small breather filter on it and leave it next to the throttle body?

I attached mine to the bypass return hose to the inlet side of the blower. So essentially its connected to the air filter for filtered air.

I just hooked mine up to the manifold.

As long as your hose has a check valve in it, it will pull air through your opti w/ vacuum, but not at 0kpa or while under boost. No biggie. It's not necessary to constantly have air running through it. Basically, you want it where it will pull vacuum, but not where you'll cause leaks. i.e. punching a hole in your rubber intake post blower like guys running N/A motors do.
