Default AFPR: How much fuel pressure should I be running?

Ok....heres my car specs....

131,000 on stock motor with valve covers never been removed
unless otherwise stated all components are stock (in other words for example....my injectors are stock so figure the 131,000 figure for stock stuff)

MODS as follows:

Open Air lid with K&N Filter & custom air inlets allowing more air (semi-ram air)
Relocated MAT Sensor
2 1/2 rear Dynamax Y-Pipe with crossover tube
Mid America Targa stainless steel mufflers (basically tubes with mini glass packs in them) I definitely noticed a difference in HP and torque (moved the torque into the midband range)
High-Flow Dynamax Cat. Converter
New O2 sensor
Mobil 1 oil
160 thermostat with Throttlebody Bypass
Airfoil and Adjusted to .65 Throttlebody Position Sensor
No Frisbee
Craig Marcho Chip allowing early fan turn on (185 and 195)

pretty much it....from what you can see....the mod list is mostly free stuff and the air and exhaust has been messed with a bit....so what should I be running for fuel pressure....keep it stock? Right now Iam at like 2lbs over stock....40 to be exact...I checked and stock was 38.5

Just trying to squeeze out everybit of a HP I can get...lol.....arn't we all? hehe

thanks all
jeff

You can see my mods on my site and dyno pulls showed that, with 48psi, the A/F at WOT is 12.6:1.

I would suggest around 45-46psi with your mods, with the vacuum line off at idle.

Well then, I guess I should bump mine up from 40 a bit then cuz I know 65Z01 knows his stuff..Your mods are about the same as mine and mine is doing really well at 40 but maybe I can get a little more.

Sounds good. If you have a scan tool shoot for about 890-920 mV on the O2 sensor at WOT.

You adjust the fuel pressure with the vac line disconnected right? Ive got all the bolt ons including hooker long tubes,1.6 rr,Lingenfelter intake,ASM runners, ported plenum,52 mil tb etc. Give me a "guestimation" as to what fuel pressure I should be running.
Thanks
