Default South Eastern Virginia

Hi.
I have done some modifications to my 86 vert (see SIG) and I need to reprogram the computer. The thing is, I don't plan on doing any other mods for the next few years (I'll be buying a second vette and putting my money there). Anyway, I would love to buy a Romulator and Tunercat and spend a day or two on a dyno getting everything perfect (or heck, maybe even throw in a wide band O2), but I just can't see spending the cash for a one time deal.
I have been lurking around the scan-tune forum for a while and I see that most people who respond to the "need a chip" posts ask for the data from Datamaster, which I don't have.
So my question: Is there anybody in the South Eastern Virginia area who has these available? Professionally or not. I'm not trying to nickle-and-dime the project; I am willing to pay. I just don't want to take the time to become an expert and equip myself like a professional for a single project. But I do want an expert, professional job.
Any recommendations / referals?

What kind of mods do you have that you need a calibration for?

Well, I changed the TB, runners and intake base, and slightly increased the size of the injectors. I know that I haven't done all that much, but all the same, I am under the impression that I am not nearly as efficient as I can be. That's why I don't want to go wild about spending money on this; there's only probably 5-7 horses there to squeeze (correct me if I'm wrong). The flip side to that is that I am not trying to be cheap. There are a couple of horses and maybe a few MPG left in my engine and all I need to do is find somebody with the right equipment to get at them. Plus, if I later end up doing more, then I'll have a local contact. -- Not my current plan, but you never know.
