hey guys......is 235 too hot for oil temp?......whats normal temp?

Within 10 degrees of the coolant temp is normal for me.
What was your coolant temp at that reading???

BTW, 235 is on the hot side.

i've got that temperature after a looong trip on traffic,on hot days,but i think syntetic can handle it!!

Thats on the hot side, but anything under 245 wouldnt alarm me on a really hot day in traffic.

yeah i have a blower that the oil runs through it and mine is about that!

205-215 on the highway and in regular traffic, 235 when doing runs back to back at the track
