Please, when asking questions- include your year and any other pertinent info to help us help you. I looked in your profile and see 1984 listed as your model year. Other members may not want to look things up to help you, so it really helps to list it in your question.
There are always clusters available used on EBAY. There are also companies that refurb them- some of those are on EBAY too. I bought a used cluster for my 85 for $180. I would say thats a typical used price, maybe more if its really nice. You probably wont find a *new* one. The last new one I saw on EBAY went for almost $900. They are rare to find.
Go to Ebay motors, and search "Corvette cluster".

I don't know if he has one but if you call Jason at Vette2Vette in Illinois, (815) 673-6200 he refurbishes them and can fix yours or will sell you one he has.

if your old cluster isn't completely ruined, you can just take it to a local chevy dealership... They don't do the repairs themselves, they'll just send it off. The local chevy place near me sent mine away and refurbished it for $225 ($200 base price, plus a $25 part)
