Knock module....
Hey guys,
I need a part number for a 96 knock module to go with the manual trans. I left the one for the auto in there and now it is retarding my timing. I was meaning to put one in when I put in the ZF6 (
), but just never got around to it. 16,000 miles after the set up was complete I finally started having problems from it 
.

, hopefully I can get 'er running right this weekend. That PN is exactly what I needed, it looks like landmark has 3 in stock so I can run down there this weekend. As far as why it is a good idea to have the PN: dealers will sell you the part, however, they are not very giving when it comes to part numbers because they know you can shop around online (gmpartsdirect). Infact, you can even check the inventory of certain chevy dealerships in a matter of seconds with the PN. If you don't have the part number then you not only recieve a higher price, but you don't even know for sure if you are ordering the right part.
