I did a tech article on this back in January... I have no idea if it's available, tho..

however, it really isn't that hard.

1) remove the SRS fuse.

2) using a T15 (I think) remove the airbag

3) loosen the big bolt that holds the wheel on.

4) use a wheel puller to remove said wheel

5) carefully compress the coil for the airbag. it is position senstive, but only goes in one way.

6) using a lock ring compressor, remove the lock ring.

8) that's all you do with the column in the car, it gets easy if you remove the column and do the rest on the bench. A vise is required!!!

9) two bolts hold the column to the dash, remove them.

10) two bolts hold the column to the firewall, remove them.

11) 1 bolt holds the column to the steering shaft. it is reached from the top, past the master cylinder.

12) disconnect all leads and remove the column from the car

13) dig in!

14) everything is stacked... turn signal, ignition, etc...

15) you will want to get all new parts...
a. turn signal switch
b. multifunction switch (highbeams/wipers/signal activation)
c. tilt wheel rebuild kit (new pins and spring)

16) replace accordingly.

17) reverse for reassembly.

It really isn't that hard... just don't cut the yellow wire.

Expect it to take 3 hours the first time out.

If you have any questions, I am sure I can help... I did this back in january - twice - before I got all the right parts.
