AC likes to vibrate??

AC likes to vibrate??
So she's fine when I'm driving above around 25mph, or when i'm accelerating from any speed. but when i drop down below that, or heaven forbid i stop at a light, the AC will vibrate the car like mad. so every time i aproach a stop light, i have to turn the air off until i go again. An upgraded AC was put in right before i bought the car, and started getting funky shortly after.
