It's been a couple of months, but I finally have my car back and it's tuned properly! Over 25 dyno runs, 3 sets of injectors, custom LT1 edit and lots of man time and now it makes 440HP to the wheels with 435 Lb Tq! Quite an improvement from 300HP baseline. It pulls like crazy all the way to 6400 RPM in every gear. I can't wait to get it to the track if I can find some time, I'm hoping for low 12's with decent traction. I said it before and I'll say it again, if you're anywhere in New England, it's worth it to see Mike, the owner of DEZ racing in Seekonk, MA. The only problem he's always really busy....

Very cool!!
You'll go 12 with no hook. I ran 12 with 305RWHP in my LT-4 with street tires. With that kind of RWHP, you should go 11.50s or so - now assuming good hook.
440 at the wheels is getting very close to 500 crank and I went 11.30s in my Nova at just under 500 HP - and it weighed 3,600 with me in it.
The supercharger is noisy at idle and is a give away to what's underneath the hood. When running though, it's hardly noticeable. Stock cam....Anybody ever have to replace the speed sensor at the end of the tranny? Mine is still @#@#$%# leaking.

Stock cam.............amazing. It sure would be nice to have a "Tech Tip" on how you did this. There must be other things that should be done other than just bolting on the ProCharger.
Baseline was 300hp and then he went from 28lb injectors to 30lb injectors and finally 42lb injectors. The good thing about the LT1 edit is, no use for FMU and Massage airflow sensor. The car had a complete exhaust, headers and cat back from Callaway. That's it! LT4's breathe really, really well. That's the explanation of the extra power. Even the shop was suprised, it just kept going.
