Default Wheels, Mags

I have an 86 hard top and would like to know how or if I can put later model corvette mags on my car. What I need to adapt them. Which mags will adapt.

Thank you

There's a current thread on what wheels will fit your car. I think it said any LT1 style will fit. Do a search on wheels, tires and/or rims and you'll get more info than you wanted!

I think for 88+ wheels you're going to need spacers because the wheels will sit inside the fender a bit.

88 plus wheels will need spacers but you do not need spacers for any of the 88+ ZR1 wheels. They will fit flush though some owners report slight rubing on the front in fender but only slightly.

Go to www.ebaymotors.com and do a search for AFS wheels. They make ZR1 style wheels that fit the 84-87 backspacing with no adaptors needed. As far as I know they have a good reputation and decent customer service. Prices are not too bad either. I also notice that you can finance the purchase through Paypal!
