I've got a wierd problem happening with the A/C on my 96 Lt-1. About a week ago I left my parking lights on and it drained the battery. I didn't notice for about a day so it was crazy dead. I finaly jump it and now the auto function on the A/C is all wacky. The auto fan rarely works, and then on occation it will just suddenly blow hot air for a sec then go back to normal. Then, the radio starts freaking out...it'll just go to static. I pop in a cd, which works fine, then eject it...and the radio will work just fine again. Does anyone know how to reset this bad boy or have any clue as to what is going on?
I don't know much about a 96, but my 90 did some crazy stuff when the battery went dead because I left an interior light on.
I charged the battery and saw some craziness, so I disconnected the battery for a few minutes so all the computers fully reset and then reconnected the battery. Everything went back to normal
