Plenum Removal: What is This???
I am removing my plenum for cleaning & I'm not familiar with this bolt on tube, it leads to the brake booster.
Is it OK to unbolt it, its seems like its frozen on.
Or should I just keep the plenum in place and clean around it???

That's the vacuum line for your brake booster, soak it in some liquid-wrench if you need to but it screws right off. I find it easier to first loosen the plenum and tilt it upwards and then try removing the brake booster line, gives you slightly more room
