That looks pretty cool. Ive never seen or heard of it before. I wonder if they make composite runners as well?

Match that up with a set of composite larger runners, ported lower intake, and you might have something useful. Otherwise, I dunno.

A nitrous backfire would be fun to watch. Kinda like a M-80 in a mailbox.

Small world. I owned that plenum in the auction about 15 years ago. It made no difference in performance. It did fall apart while driving and scared the life out of me as the car went to WOT condition when the lid blew off. If you look close you can see the drywall screws I used to put the lid back on so I could get home.

MRP stood for Modine(?) Racing Products and they also made a plastic 58mm T-body. Again the thing was a paperweight as the thing would stick and the blades did not match the bore.

They went out of business as soon as they started shipping, most likely due to the problems stated above. They were located somewhere in MI.

Wondered about those. From the pics, I couldn't tell if they were casting marks or not. Seems like a good idea, just poorly executed.

The drywall screws are probably what makes it worth the $127.

They were in business years ago - I have the Car Craft mag where that intake was tested against the others -
I believe they became Performance Resource, also out of NJ

Looks interesting at best. You could have your current intake coated by companies like Calico coatings for the heat properties mentioned in this ad.

MORE did this on the custom LS1 sheet-metal intake that they are making for their NA 427 LS1 stroker race package.
