Unplug your wiper motor, clean the connectors, then plug it back in. As a matter of fact, just for giggles 
turn your wiper to delay, key on of course, and push on the connector to the wiper motor, or jiggle it, and see if the wipers move. If so, bad or dirty connector, otherwise, bad motor.
