90 Headlight acctuator order numbers
My passenger side headlight rotates about 1/2 way and then stops. I can then move it freely at that point. I remember doing a rebuild on my driver side about 4 years ago, but since then I have moved twice and lost all my data for ordering the gear assembly to rebuild. The dealer wants 180 bucks to replace the whole thing and I know I don't need it, but finding the gear to order has me at a stand still.
Thanks for the help in advance, it was a few people on the boards that got the Part number for me last time....again, sorry I lost the information so asking again.

It sound like your bushings have worn out and that's what causing the headlight wink you're talking about. It's a common C4 problem.
There. Doesn't that sound a heck of a lot better than that dealer'
s $180 bones?
The nylon bushings (spacers) cost me .69 cents (plus tax) for a package of three and you'll need 6 (six) to repair both headlights (highly reccommended.)

If you DO determine you need to replace the gears or the entire motor (which I seriously doubt) you can order one from Mid America Motorworks (MAM) or Eckler's Corvette Parts. Do a Google search and you'll find their web sites.
Good luck and holler back if you need any more info.
