My 92 has just over 100k on it. Do yall think it is necessary to replace the lifters also when i change the cam?
They are cheap enough that I would replace them.. I think I spent like $110 for the complete set that LPE recomends. I will get the part number is need be for you..

You do not have the same lobe to lifter wear characteristics that are critical with a flat tappet cam. In that case you would and should always replace lifters and cam together. The Chevy roller lifters seem to be of very high quality and long lasting, I've heard of very few problems with them in an adequately maintained engine. If you've not had any problems and they look good, I'd reuse them, I did.
ht2148 sealed power. This is brand new in the box Oem Replacement. I have the same ones in my car and no problems at all.. The place that I bought them from is Oregon Cam grinding. 360-256-7985. Jd383 and I think Scorp508 are running the same thing to.
