TunerCat will be releasing there OBD2 stuff in a few weeks. Finially.
The OBDII Tuner package will sell for $379.95. This package will include the
following:
OBDII Tuner Program on CD
OBDII/RS232 Interface
OBDII Cable
RS232 Cable
Your choice of one Vehicle Definition File
Additional Vehicle Definition Files can be purchased for $79.95 each.
The following Vehicle Definition Files are currently planned:
1996 - 1997 LT1's
1996 - 1997 Vortec Trucks
1997 - 1998 LS1 Camaro/Corvette
1998 - 2000 Vortec Trucks
1999 - 2003 LS1 Cars
1999 - 2000 LS1 Trucks
2001 - 2002 LS1 Trucks
2003 - 2004 LS1 Trucks

A reply from TC about OBDII software release.
"Thank you for your e-mail regarding our software. Yes, we are getting
ready to release our OBDII Tuner program. Support for the '96/97 LT1's should be available early next year."

Some OBD2 stuff is out. But, nothing is listed on the site. (How to order?)
What I got from TC:
thanks for your patience. Our OBDII Tuner is now available for some vehicles
and others are planned for release shortly. Support for the following
vehicles is now available:
OBD2_07 1996 - 1997 Vortec Trucks (4.3L, 5.7L, 7.4L)
OBD2_06 1998 - 2000 Vortec Trucks (4.3L, 5.7L, 7.4L)
OBD2_02 1999 - 2000 LS1 Trucks (4.8L, 5.3L, 6.0L)
OBD2_03 1999 - 2001 Camaro/Firebird/Corvette LS1
OBD2_03 2001 - 2002 LS1 Trucks (4.8L, 5.3L, 6.0L)
The following are scheduled for release early next year:
