Body Control Module Repair Shop ??

I'm looking for a repair shop to have a BCM repaired out of my 1990. The VATS system crapped out and I have a dead car. No start, nothing. Anyone know who GM uses to repair / rebuild used BCM's? I know they do this because they sell refirbished or new. Which ever your wallet can stand. I would just like to send my original in and have it fixed if I can find the repair shop that can handle it. Any ideas?? Thanks... Jeff.

Delphi used to rebuild all of the GM ECMs, PCMs and BCMs. About two years ago they contracted with A1 Cardone to rebuild their electronics, but I have heard rumors that since doing so and because of the immense number of returns of A1 Cardones crappy rebuilds, Delphi maybe taking the rebuilds over again.

In either case you wouldn't be able to contact the rebuilders directly. You will have to purchase a reman CCM from the local Chevrolet dealership.
