c5 conversion questions

c5 brake conversion questions
Since I know many of you have done the conversion I have a couple of questions before I buy the things to do mine.
first of all did anyone do all 4 calipers & rotors.
will 2001 calipers fit on a 1993 without adapters from Ed Salinas?
If all four wheels are done, do they all need adapters?
the new rotors are 13" correct?
I've been through the previous posts so I know what I need, I just want to make sure
