Default help to find best camshaft

Hay.
i'm starting whit tuning my corvette. C4 -85.
I have sportsmanII cast iron head 1.6 and 2.02 valv. 200
first fuelijektion harware.(bigger runners and intake then stock)
haltech ECU
no hadders. Is there hedders that fitts sportsmanII, and i still can have my A/C and alternator platform, and no problem whit blowing gaskets?

to make this not so expensive, flat tapp hydral cam. its kind of expensiv to convert to roller cam.
i need also valv spring to the head. i need the hole kit bacouce the head are emty now. the best is if valve spings fitt both roller and flat tapp cam. becous i parhaps later will mount roller cam.

I was thinking of this valvs.

The valve springs will have to be matched up to what cam you are running. You'll need the right spring for the correct seat pressure coil bind and clearences for valve seals. Or you will were out parts quicker. You might wan't to find out the flow #'s and such of the heads and decide what kind of a powerband you want. If you are stayin with a stock type tpi system it will run out of breath at about 4-4.5K rps. so if you bought a cam that say has a power band from 3,000 to 6K that wouldn't work well for you. So bigger isn't better. So find a mached cam for the system you are running. I had a comp cams cam in my 85' before I switched over to a roller.
For the headers, you get what you pay for, and you'll learn the hard way. I have Jet-Hot coated no-emmision hooker headers 13/4" they are the best headers I've ever put in, and they look very nice too. On a budget you could get the same headers in black painted for $325 or so. Didn't have too much trouble installing them. I also have no emmisions.
I did what you are doing( not saying its bad) but its always better to do it right the first time. Not saying its wrong..but do it the way you wan't like the roller cam and such. And I was on a budget both times too. I have my old tpi system if you wan't to buy it, accell base, slp runners, ported plenum, ford blue top injectors and everything port matched. It made power to about 5,800rps

You've asked a really complex question, and I'll bet you didn't even know you did.

When you used the word "best" that pretty much means that we'd need a LOT more information of your car, engine and intended use; more than what we have now.

You will get all kinds of different recommendations as to which cam specs to go with. Remember, it's the CAM that determines which SPRINGS you buy, not the other way round.

For every cam there is a recommended spring, so you must select the cam first, then the springs.

So, in order for any of us to make a good recommendation you'll need to post your engine specs: CID, compression, expected max rpm, how you plan to use the car, trans, rear end gear ratio, tire size, emissions or not, idle quality you expect, etc.

Without that we can't give any recommendation even close to being accurate.

So take the time to post all that info and we'll be only to happy to give our recommendation.

I'm sorry didnt know. here is what i know.
my engine is standard. i reali dont know compression. i gues its standard 350cid
camber size is 64 on the sportsmanII head. what my compression will be whit new head i dont know.
aut transmisjon, 3,07 rear axel ratio. standard weels(255/50 16")
no emissions. orginal converter. i realy dont konw what max rpm will be, this is my first engine to build. i dont want to loos my idle, i dont want a very wild cam. good torqs at low rpm.

i know that its hard to find "best". i just want recomendation.
i know that my first fuelijektion flow better than stock. and it has bigger injectors.
