Vibration in 95' Z07

Vibration in 95' Z07
Hi all,
Wondering if anyone has had the problem with a vibration that resounds through the steering wheel and the whole car actually. IT happens between 1500 and 2600 rpm. Im a soldier that is deployed so I can never get to the car to enjoy it anymore, so it's spending a lot of time in storage now. I brought it up from Phoenix to Seattle last January and I noticed it, but not bad. Now I went home for 5 days and its worse now. I was thinking flywheel, clutch assy, or maybe vibration dampner. I took the car in, but they say they cannot find anything, then called me down to talk with the mech. and then he understood , and decided it was abnormal. I put the car back in storage, but if it is a clutch, can someone who lives around seattle tell me where to take it to get quality work at a good price? The way things are going for soldiers now, seems like I will never get home now, so I have to get this done through friends. Oh yeah the car has 45000 miles on it.
