Marvel Mystery Oil
Anyone use Marvel Mystery Oil to re oil their K&N filters? If so were there any problems of the oil eating the filament?

Why are you putting Marvel Mystery Oil in your Vette? Good ole Mobil 1 does the trick.

As a long-time user of both MMO and K & N (NOT in my Corvette), I'd have to say this: use the K & N oil on the filter.
Not that the MMO will harm the cotton gauze in the K & N, but because it's too thin to do the best job.
K & N's oil is sticky enough to perform well.

I had a problem with K&N oil fouling my MAF sensor wires when I installed the K&N filter right out of the box.

Marvel Mystery oil is hardly a "mystery:
It is Auotmatic Tranny fluid! Look at the color! Smell it!
Some people have long added auto tranny fluid to oil, in small quantities, to free up rings and hydraulic valve lifters.
Many diesel folks add it to fuel to keep injectors clean
Not saying I agree with any of these applications
