EM headers are in
Just wanted to let everybody know that I just spent about 9 hours installing my long tube headers... If anybody needs pictures or has questions let me know... The rest of the exhaust should be completed by a local shop tomorrow... 1994 6 speed...

How did everything go with the Stage 8 bolts? Did you end up having to cut any of the locks, or did they all line up?
Also, did you have to remove the factory cat bracket on the driver's side? The shop that did mine had to cut it off because it was right where the primary needed to sit.

I have not put the locks on the stage 8 bolts yet. I figured I want to run it at operating temperature for a few days then retighten the bolts. As for the drivers side bracket, I thought about just cutting it off, but I ended up just bending it out of the way (soft metal). I will say that it was a major pain but I did not have any major issues and the headers fit very well.

I used the stock long bolts with the TPIS's. They have stayed tight. However, it is my understanding that with the shorter bolts used on most headers, one will experience a loosening if locking tabs are not used. Any comments from those with shorter bolt flanges?
