Are you talking about the E-clip that goes on the end of the pin that keeps the caliper in place? If so I got some at the local hardware store just so I can replace them when I change pads. Craig

Yes- I broke it while doing the same...but I found a kit that had them and the pins as well...my pins were in rough shape...Caliper Hardware Kit from Bennett Auto Supply cost me $12.00 2 pins, 2 e-clips and the wear indicators (which I already had)
GM gets around $4.00 for each of them E-clips. sometimes if you remove them in a sideways fashion, they will bend, and it's a good idea to replace them anyway.
that other item are not wear indicators, they are anti-rattle clips that firmly hold the pads in position. The pads make a terrible noise without them. you can mail them to me if you have no need for them
some race pads come without them.
