It sounds like you have a factory service manual. Congrats! 
Now take some basic measurements for the project, to one of the chain, parts stores. Checker, Auto Zone, O'Reillys", etc, and pick up one of their free, loaner tools. I am not familiar with the specific task you are performing, but I'll bet that Kent Moore tool isn't a dedicated tool just for this project, but just a suitable puller for the job.

Kent-Moore, for those who don't know, provide specialty tools for many automotive industry manufacturers including cars, trucks and the diesel engine manufacturers. If you don't find out anything over the weekend, I'm sure I can get you contact info on Monday as we purchase tools from them as needed when new engine designs are released.
