Or has anyone heard from him? I have E-mailed twice looking for a new access code for my Datamaster I purchased. I hope he is just busy.

Here is the reply from TTS when I e-mailed them directly for a new auth code.

I still have a hardcopy of the final purchase e-mail from Andrew plainly says that TTS has a copy of this purchase. I have found this disappointing, I believe that Datamaster is one of the best data logging software packages on the market but their unwillingness to give a new auth code to an easily verifiable consumer really bothers me. I sent an e-mail back to Vickie a few days ago stating my concerns and have not gotten anything back yet.
Also have not heard from Andrew? Andrew please come back ….. It seems I am screwed without you.
