i know this question has nothing to do with what your asking but. i was going to buy the stage 2 which i think the only diffrence is it uses a 160 stat. which in my opinon these chips are junk. i did listen to everybody on this fourm and bought a custom chip setup for my car. jesse ski-down-it did the chip and all i can say is MY CAR FLYS best money i spent. and it wasn't much more then the stage 2.

This forum moves slow in comparison to the others. I've been lurking here for a while and haven't seen many posts about the items your inquiring about. Give it some time. Someone will respond.....

Default Stage 2 chip

It might be helpfull if you indicated the car year. Apparently, there is limited adjustments that can be done to a chip depending on the year.

I too would be interested in reading the answer to your question.
LOL.

c-4 Mike,

I beleive the only difference between the thermomaster chip and the stage two is that the chip is programed for a 160 degree thermostat that comes with the kit.

Hope this helps
