Backup lights no workee. Bulbs & fuse ohm out ok. Where on the tranny is the backup switch? Or is there another spot in between where it could have came apart?

This is about the best description of things not working i've seen on here. Very clear and to the point.

Ther switch (if like my 4+3) is on the driver's side, and has a gray colored wire weatherpack on it. Mine basically had no clearance on the sides to fit a socket over it, so I had to use some plyers to twist it out and get the new one in. [img]http]//www.corvetteforum.cc/ubb/smile.gif[/img]

Had the same thing when I bought my Ruby. Probably is the trans switch. It's on the LHS of the tranny and a pain to get to.
