Need Some Help Locating....
Okay guys, 
I need some help locating a diagram or picture of the internals of a C4 power seat track. I am doing some experimenting and want to keep my R&D $$$$ to a minimum at this point...(Thus the pictures and not tearing into an actual track just yet)
If I can get a good base of info on the internals I will be looking at possibly replacing the PCV gears in my tracks with say bronze or aluminum (or some other type of metal) If it all works out I may even see if any body else wants in on this so you can perform a truely permenant repair to your worn out power seats too.

I have been inside the rack... it isn't so much the gears that break, as is the plastic/nylon carrier that holds the gears in place. once it breaks, then all hell breaks loose and the gears get eaten.

I wasn't sure what breaks inside that unit but I figure if I can have new carriers or gears made from something like bronze then I would never have to worry about it again. The seat track rebuilds are crazy expensive in my opinion so I figure if I am gonna spend the $$$ then I'll fix it right this time.
