Wires storebought?

Can either MSD 8.5 wires or taylor 409's be storebought in such stores like AutoZone? I'm gonna check it out but dont want to go to multiple types if its futile. Thanks.

hey arj, you should be able to buy them at your local store, most likely they will have to be ordered! unless you go to some type of performance shop. if you do order them from like auto zone, they will be pretty expensive though!
maybe check summit racing?

Thanks, they are on the way, what sounds like a fair price to have them put on? Since the motor has to be pulled in the front, I hear. I have a local mechanic whom I trust, he's not a corvette expert but he is good, should I leave it with him?

not sure who said you need to pull the motor?! phew!

anyone has the ability to change wires, I'm almost positive you can do it...save a little $$ on labor.
