Idling the car at the drive thru I noticed smoke comming out of my hood. White smoke. I got home and popped the hood and watched it idle and there was a whole ton of smoke comming out of my valve cover breather and my pvc hole(removed). There was also white smoke out of the exhaust too. But when I rev the car the smoke seems to stop comming out of the top of the engine.
Lets start the guessing at possible causes.
Here's the history on the engine. I blew my bottom end(393ci) so I bought a junkyard LT1 engine and swapped my heads and cam onto it. Brand new felpro preformance gaskets. Its been running since last thrusday. The engine compression tested just fine before I got it. It could have been smoking and I just didn't notice it. The other thing is that I put my turbo kit on the car and ran that for a few days but messed up the oiling to the turbo so it locked up and I removed the kit and am now running n/a.
Did you check the oil for moisture being present? Like lots of condensing goo on the oil cap or on top of the valve covers? I am sure you changed the oil on that engine before running the turbo right?

Ummmm, yeah. The engine was sitting for a while and they drained the oil out when they pulled it. I would have run fresh Mobil 1 anyways even if that weren't the case.
The oil cap has the breather in it so I'd have to pull the valve covers. Haven't done that yet. What would moisture indicate?
Yeah, it must be a head gasket. I ran my friend in his eclips gsx last night and the car wouldn't start after the race. Once we did get it started it had some issues with power. So it looks like I broke the car for the 5th time this season and now its going away for the winter. This really sucks!!!
Im with Rubyred I think your getting water in the combustion chamber somehow, probably a head gasket issue. Are you sure that when you blew your intital motor something didnt crack a head? I would take out all the plugs and turn the motor over looking for water or some mosture in the combustion chamber.
