It's 18mm but I can't remember the thread pitch off the top of my head. It does match, however, the old 18mm spark plugs used in older engines back before almost everything went to a 14 mm plug.

Oh well... I was so hard headed, I even raced one on dirt tracks, although it was a Cleveland and so actually had the smaller plugs. But when I was a kid and they were cheap, I had quite a few 63 and 64 Galaxie 500 XL big blocks. They were great old beasts and I still think the 63 in particular is a gorgeous car. Wish I had my 63 XL factory 4-speed ragtop back..... Since the 60s, Ford just hasn't built anything that lit my fire, styling-wise. Damn, did I get off topic or what?

Cool, a peer! BTW, to get back somewhat to the topic, if anyone needs a plug for an 02 bung, I found a universal 18mm oil drain plug at Auto Zone that fit perfectly. I have an LT4 system and so had an extra hole. I just couldn't stand having an old Ford spark plug in my Vette, even if it WAS out of sight!

Anyone know the thread pitch, threads per inch?
Just need to be sure before I send in the specs.
If no one chimes in tonight, tomorrow you can go to a part store or Sears and ask to look at a tap for 18mm plug holes. All of that info should be on the tap. I don't have a metric pitch gauge here at home or I'd go find out right now.
