Default any corvette tuners make 377s?

one that's not a completely custom job....like many companies offer 383s and 396s, but what about a 377?

You may find one on e-bay. Somone could make you one. You basicaly get a 400ci block and stuff a 350 crank into it. I believe you get the 400 6" rods and 350 pistons. YOu also need some different sized main bearings..400main x 350crank. Not 100% sure on everything about that, but companies sell "kits" that has everything you would need. With this type of combo i would think it would be hard driving on the street because you would make your peak power around 7K+. Instead of a stock tpi set up that makes power at a 4K peak.

The reason why you don't see many tuners offering 377s is because you need a 400 block. 400 blocks are getting harder to find these days.
I have a minirammed, supercharged/nitrous 377 motor in my 91 with a Dart block. I don't think many tuners offer this as a package but you can definitely buy the shortblock from many places and put your own heads and cam of your choice. I got my shortblock from here:
www.dynoflo.com

I got mine assembled shortblock delivered to my mechanic for under $4000.
Parts include:
Dart little M 400 block with steel mains
Eagle 4340 3D 6" H beam rods with ARP L19 bolts
Eage 4340 crank
JE blower pistons.

Give them a call and ask for Keith, they will build you the short block with any CR and any displacement up to 434cid for the same price.

Yeah you need a special block for it, and unless you find a 400 block in a junkyard youll probably end up buying an expensive aftermarket block and then paying for more machine work than its really worth.

It would be especially good for a motor thats higher-winding.

well, i'm running a 377 cid supercharged/nitrous injected LT1. It has a stock 350 4 main bolt block with a stroker kit. At this point it's producing about 640+ rwhp and 789 lbs of torque with only 5-7 psi and 200 shots of nitrous.

how did you stroke it using a 350 block? and why didn't you build it to take more psi? just curious

You have almost the exact same setup as me.

I would love to see some pictures of your motor!

What kind of heads and cam are you running?
What about gears? with your 6spd I figure you would be running some pretty steep gears.

Your dyno numbers are with nitrous?

Like others have said it's rare to find a 377 because of availability of the 400 block. A 383 or 396 is very easy to do on a 350 block which is readily available. The benefit of the 377 is that with it's short stroke compared to what it was designed for it is exceptionally stout and will easily turn high RPM's reliably.

I don't know the combo out of my head, but i can go look it up for you. I know it uses a longer stroke crank and JE pistons. I really want to run 20+ psi and i can with my motor set up, but i'm having problems with belt slippage. Trying to solve that.

About your other questions; i think the heads are TPIS and i just had the cam replaced with a special grind cam.(Don't remember the specs)
It's a stock gearbox with a short throw shifter and the diff has 3.73 gear.
And becuase the boost is limited to 5-7 psi due to belt slippage, i had to spray it with juice.(200 shots)
