I love '69s and '80-'81's (four speeds of course!) but I think '74-'77 are just so d@mn ugly! I have tried for years to appreciate those but I still can't do it.
I was just a hair away from buying a fathomgreen/green '69 350/350 4-speed coupe before I bought my '93. I am still looking around for one with that combo, I love it.

I traded my 77 Silver w/Red interior coupe for a 88 Dark Red Metallic coupe w/saddle interior. The 77 was a real looker, I had it media blasted then repainted in Sikkens urethane. Almost entirely stock except for the exhaust. Sure do miss her, but the 88 gets up and goes!!!

My 71 was my first one. I'm looking for one to replace it.

I like this one!! I would take any early C3 anyday. However, while I would love to have an original like the one above, I would probably not look for a trailer queen so that I would have a good excuse to update it with some late model technology and conveniences. I am interested in seeing the C3/LS1 the guys at Vette magazine are putting together.
Along the same lines, I really like the C1/C4 conversions I've read about lately.

I love my C3, though not in its stock form. Took the eurathane bumpers off, put 'glass on it, and a 80-82 rear end and I think its gorgeous that way, I actually prefer it over the chrome bumper cars, not to knock them, believe me I'd love to have one too. But then again, to me there is no such thing as a bad corvette.
Now my 92LT1 is growing on me though because I drive 110 MPH to work everyday with AC on and she isnt breaking 3000 RPM and is still giving me 18.9 MPG , while playing my favorite cd and making feel like Im in a lazyboy chair in the process....
best of both worlds really

I like the 80-82 but their all GOOD. I want Chevrolet to make a retro version of the 63 - 67 vette. Modern aerodynamics and engineering with the look of those years. Something like the way the Viper reminds one of the Shelby Cobras. I think they should do this for the C6.
Hey GM, how about a retro car division.

I have an '82 and a '90. I like each for its' unique qualities. The '82 gets more attention on the road, by far. I like all the generations myself, they are all Vettes!.

I think the best looking C3 I ever saw was a 81 that someone converted to a convertible. Man...not that was a sweet looking car.
I really like the front and rear bumpers of the 80-82 models the best of any, but early 70's are sweet with the flat deck/luggage rack deck...but convertibles are always the best!
