new wires and still arcing

Just installed a new set of spark plug wires and they arc. Not as bad as the old set, but you can still see the sparks around the plug area in some, and in the midle on others. no leaks around the opti. I always use dielectic grease. Any of you ever had this problem??

Thats what I have, msd, so you cant blame acdelco only. Iwent with msd because they are red and I wanted them to match the car. I've used moroso blue max before on other cars with no problems. The delcos lasted less than a year, unacceptable.
