OK for you new ones i have an 85 vette with a 383 no mods other then that. I have a fuel pressure reg @ 42 psi. I jus changed my sparks plugs again.I put in split fires,but pulled one out it was all black (fouled) every on looked the same.I put them in on monday this week pulled out today(sat) put in ac delco 43s at .040 gap. I have MSD 8mm wires and a hypertech cap/rotor puts out 53000 volts. MY car runs like it is missing.I cant even burn the tires.It stumbles when i kick it down.i have clean my TB.I did port the front of my plenium. Also i have a scan tool i have 2 codes a 52 calmap (what ever the hell it is ) and a code 36 mass air burn off module!!!
i need your help please respond and try to help, I love my car ,but i cant this any more jay

For the codes 36 try replacing the relay for the MAF burnoff. On my 87 it has 2 relays one is the power and the other is the burn off. I am not sure if yours has on or two.

I can't help with the code 52. Maybe check to see if the chip is seated in the ECM. Clear codes and check again.
