'93 LT1 has a bump/skip when in idle. Acceleration is great. Problem developed after I cleaned the throttle body & replaced gasket. I replaced the IAC valve & fuel filter. What can cause the idle skip?

If you haven't already, I'd double check just to make sure the bellows at the TB didn't fold under a bit on the bottom, allowing a small amount of unmetered air in.

Definitely need to adjust the new IAC, there is a great procedure under the "tech tips" C4 section.....simple procedure, all you need is a paper clip. I just rebuilt my throttle body yesterday and it purrs like new now...:O)
