Okay i am looking at buying either a TPIS or Accell Base, and have found one that is supposed to be for a Super Ram, will it work with stock runners and Plenum?

Yes it will work and get you a long way towards good ventilation. Of course maximum benifit would be gained by using the whole setup. There is someone on the Forum that does Autocross and is restricted to the stock appearing upper and he reports a large gain compared to the stock lower.

The Accel and Edeljunk bases are supposed to work with the stock runners. Expect some customization. The TPIS base is a port matched Edelbrock. Save the money and buy the Edelbrock.

As far as gains, you won't see much over a ported stock setup. My thouroughly ported Edeljunk big runners and base only outflowed the thouroughly ported stock setup by 8%.
