I have a 1989 corvette in the passenger rear section of the car it squeaks. it does not sound like a grinding noise but more of a mouse like squeak. I've tried to bounce the car up and down thinking its a shock but I don't think it is. anyone have any ideas? I've also sprayed some silicone under the center cap to try and stop it but not sure if it helped or the noise just went away and came back.

Quite possibly it's your rear brake pads.

It could be a bushing. Spray the rear bushings with some wd-40. It might help.
