Not considering a Corsa Exhaust System? This is the one I will probalby end up purchasing. Borlas are nice but didnt like the resonance I heard on my friends LT-1.
After you've deafened yourself for a while with the Flowmasters, try the Walker Dyno-Max super turbo mufflers. They have a nice rumble, without the resonance below 2000 rpm.
My drag times did not decrease when I switched.
borla is the only way to go if you are going to keep your car for a long time...they have a great warranty and a killer sound.you are going to pay more for them but you will never buy another set as long as you own your car!
I have the Flowmasters. I love they way they sound- better than any others that I've heard. When I first bought them(a little over two years ago) there was a little resonance in they lower rpm range, but that has now gone away for whatever reason. The price is really great as well. The only thing that I don't like is the appearance. I think that I'm going to paint them black to see if it helps. Borla and the Tri-flos are just too expensive(for the same price of either of these, I bought my Flowmaster cat-back and a set of ceramic coated shorty headers!). There is a thread here on the forum about buying the Corsa cat-back system for $750 I believe, which for a SS system is a very good price.

Perhaps, but Corsa is stainless as well and does away with the Borla annoyances. They have a lifetime warranty as well. The cost difference is not that much.
