PLEASE HELP!! problems starting and the idle is rough
In the morning the car is hard to start takes awhile to start or 2 cranks. then the idle revs up and down from about 400 rpm and 1100 rpm. the engine is rebuilt with 11,000 miles on it the fuel pump is new and fuel filter, injectors, plugs, wires, cap and rotor, adjustable regulator, map sensor, tps is 4 months old, new o2 sensor, new throttle body. I just dont know why this is happening please help!

I removed the IAC and measured it and it was at 2 inchs and there was a piece of plastic in the bore adjusted it to 1 1/8 inch and placed it back and it started right up and idled at 750 rpm dead solid. thank for the info
