On my 92 it has one of those keyless pads. When I first bought it (used) the horns did not work so i found the fuse and it was blown, replaced that and the horns work. sometimes not all the time when you use the keyless pad the alarm goes off. This is very annoying and now I won't use the key pad. Is this happening to anyone else? I've tried another pad and same thing.

I had alarm problems on a 88. Here were my symptoms and my solution. The horn would work after I replaced my fuse as you did. My fuse was behind the driver information unit. Horns would work but not the alarm system. After replacing the fuse I was waxing the car and all of a sudden the horn started blowing continuously until the fuse blew. After digging around I found there was a horn relay directly behind the horn fuse. I pulled the relay out and it looked horrible. I replaced the relay and the horns work fine now as well as the alarm system which had never worked before. I guess the relay was sticking.
