does anyone know what size the heads are on an 85? (cc, runner size, etc.) they are the iron ones, not the aliminum like late 86 and later models.

from memory (which ain't great these days) the chambers are 76ccs and the runners are 160 or 170cc. They are also garbage from a performance perspective.

thanks ralph!! i knew someone would come through!! im thinking of s/r torquers or vortecs......... anybody with any opinions??? obviously, budget plays a big part here, and im trying to get the most bang for the buck. anything over 500-600 bucks is out of the question. too many kids! so i guess i will have to stick with the iron heads and forgo the all powerful aluminum.
