need help 84 runs very rough

I can't figure out why my 84 has all of a sudden started to run rough. Changed the plugs, wires, distributer, coil, ingition module, oxygen sensor, temp sensor, changed the fuel filter and filter for the pump. Maybe someone out there can help me.

Try looking for a flatttened cam lobe.
