Hey guys, i have an odd problem that hopefully someone here can help me track down. Patient is a 1988 as seen in sig. My battery died a week or so ago from accidentally leaving my hatch open. After charging the battery, for whatever reason, my auto door locks decided to stop working. Up to this point, ignition switch on, doors lock. Vice Versa. It actually is an annoying feature, as i am sure i'm not the first to have locked the keys in the car, or to have the passenger try to get out before shutting the car off. However, i am one of those "everything has to work" guys. Anyone have a clue on where to begin searching for the feed or an open?

I'd start by unplugging the battery and reconnecting everything after about 5 minutes. Sometimes it is the simple things that fix stupid things. I am assuming the battery is in good condition. Else try checking the ignition switch and lock switches with a multimeter to see if they are sending signals. This is where a helms manual is useful. I still need to get one for my ride.
